If you rent your property, you will need someone
reliable to take care of any problems that
arise whilst your guests are enjoying their
vacation in your cottage. And, even if you
don’t rent, but live some distance away,
it is still important to have someone on hand
to check the cottage after a storm, or when
extreme temperatures threaten your pipes in
the winter.
